By accessing or using FunChatX, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FunChatX. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you're legally able to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
FunChatX is a conversation platform, not a dating or adult service. You agree not to use FunChatX to:
- Share sexual content involving minors, or otherwise sexualize or endanger a minor in any way.
- Share nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicit sexual acts from another user, regardless of the ages of those involved.
- Harass, threaten, or target another user based on any protected characteristic.
- Distribute malware, run automated bots, or attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer the matching system.
- Impersonate another person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
- Promote illegal activity, or share content that violates the rights of a third party, including copyright.
- Attempt to circumvent moderation, reporting, or rate-limiting mechanisms.
FunChatX runs 24/7 automated AI moderation across every chat to enforce this policy, backed by human review. Violations result in immediate removal of content and, depending on severity, suspension or a permanent block from the service.

User content
Messages you send are your own responsibility. FunChatX does not claim ownership over what you type, but by using the service you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and, where a conversation is reported, retain that content for moderation and safety purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Moderation & enforcement
We may remove content, end a session, suspend, or permanently block access for any user who violates these terms or the conduct policy, at our discretion, with or without notice.
Disclaimer
FunChatX connects you with people you don't know. We don't verify the identity, age, or intentions of other users beyond the eligibility requirement above, and we can't guarantee the accuracy of anything another user tells you. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunChatX and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including damages resulting from interactions with other users.
Termination
You may stop using FunChatX at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FunChatX's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
